Following the official confirmation of his departure, club legend Lucas Vázquez has penned an emotional farewell letter to Real Madrid fans, reflecting on his 18-year association with the club.
In his message, Vázquez recalled arriving as a 16-year-old “full of dreams” and described how Real Madrid “became my home.” He wrote, “We’ve experienced unforgettable nights, 23 titles and moments that will always remain etched in my memory. I leave with peace of mind, certain that I gave it my all.”
He concluded his heartfelt message by stating, “Real Madrid will never leave me. Wherever I go, I will proudly say that I had the honor of playing for the best team in the world. Hala Madrid and nothing else!”
